CAPE EPIC 2023

Includes: - Hotel before and after the race, 2 NIGHTS BEFORE AND ONE NIGHT AFTER THE END OF THE RACE. Bed and breakfast in a shared double room in the centre of Cape Town. - Transport of the bike and the rider. Includes the following journeys: airport-hotel, on the 18th from hotel to bib pick-up in Meerendal and back to Cape Town, on the 19th from hotel to the Prologue in Meerendal and after the Prologue to Hermanus where the first camp will be. On the 26th, after the race we will go from Val de Vie to the hotel in Cape Town. It also includes transport from the hotel to the airport to return (always the destination and origin will be the hotel where the MASQUEBICI riders are. No transfers to other places booked outside this pack by the riders). - Mechanics service. It will start on the day of the checks at the hotel and finish on the day of the last stage - also at the hotel. Includes initial assembly and final dismantling and packing. - Massage Service. Starting on the day of the check-in at the hotel and ending on the day of the last stage - also at the hotel. - Travel and medical insurance.

The day before the first stage we set up the bike and get it ready for the start of the race. Assistance at the start of each stage where pressures are checked and details are finalised. Assistance at the end of each stage where the bike is washed, greased, adjusted and repaired so that the next day it is perfect to face the challenge. To be able to have this service the bike must have a sticker on the handlebar that we will put on the 1st day when preparing the bike, to have this sticker it will be obligatory to come with a credit card that will be used to charge the spare parts if they are not paid for at the end of the event. Service subject to a minimum number of participants and possible changes due to race circumstances. The exact times and locations of the service will be communicated a few days before the start of the race.

This service starts the day before the first stage and ends at the end of the last stage. It consists of a 45 min post stage recovery and regenerative massage and a warm up massage before the stage. It includes all the extras such as hot or cold creams, Kinessiotape, bandages, warm-up massage in the morning. Everything that the therapist considers necessary to ensure a good performance and that our riders finish the race in the best conditions. All services are subject to possible changes due to race circumstances.

Motorhome rental for 4 people (2 double beds 1.5m). Includes: space to park the vehicle in the SUPPORTER VILLAGE area of the race whose location depends on the organization and not MASQUBICI, driver to move the vehicle from camp to camp, fuel and road insurance that includes only the specified driver. Does not include insurance inside, which will be the responsibility of each rider. You will not be able to use the toilets in the motorhome as we do not have space for evacuation, there is a shower and washbasin service in the areas where the motorhomes are. If the toilets are used and the rental company charges a cleaning fee, this fee will be paid by the runner who did not hire the motorhome. This price is per vehicle, not per person.

Includes: - The space inside the Supporter Village to pitch the tent and have electricity. - 3m x 3m and 2.10m high tent for each couple. It is a 4 person tent that we will use for 2 people. - Two 190*63 safari beds (you must bring your sleeping bag), two safari chairs and a table per tent. - Own light in each tent with sockets for your gps, phones, etc. - Access to the same toilets in the "supporter village" which are better and with less queues than in the normal camp. - Transport of the Cape Epic suitcase from camp to camp without having to move it from one place to another, just leave it in front of the tent and we will carry it for you. - Common rest areas next to the masseurs and mechanics. In each camp you will find the tents prepared and the suitcases inside the tent. It is important to understand that the tents cannot be locked and we cannot be held responsible as our priority is the mechanic and massage service. The price is per tent, not per person.
