CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

MASSAGE AND MECHANIC SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 3 or MORE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, refund of 95% of the amount paid. We’ll charge the 5% remaining as management and administration expenses.
  • 2 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT (60 days before the starting date), refund of 80% of the reserved amount.
  • 1 MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT (30 days before the starting date), refund of 50% of the reserved amount.
  • 15 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT (15 days before the starting date), refund of 25% of the reserved amount.
  • BETWEEN 14 DAYS AND UNTIL STARTING DATE OF THE EVENT, NO REFUNDS CAN BE REQUESTED.

NOTES:

  • REFUNDS FROM 60 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT ARE QUOTED ACCORDING TO THE VALUE OF THE RESERVATION. If this value has not been paid, the expenses will be charged as well and the amount to be refunded will be calculated based on what was paid minus the % of expenses that corresponds according to the cancellation date. 
  • If the reservation has not been paid, and cancelled with less than 60 days, the cancellation expenses will remain as debt in the customer file, and must be paid before the event.
  • REGISTRATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF EACH EVENT, IT IS NOT A SERVICE OFFERED BY MASQUEBICI ALTHOUGH WE ARE IN CHARGE OF THE PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT OF IT AS WELL AS THE PROCEDURE OF CANCELLATION.
  • MECHANICAL AND MASSAGE SERVICE CAN BE SAVED FOR THE NEXT EDITION OF THE EVENT, IF WE OFFER THEMSELVES, NEVER MORE THAN 1 YEAR PERIOD. IN CASE OF PRICE VARIATION, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
  • ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PERFORMED AFTER THE EVENT TO WHICH THEY REFER.

From the booking moment, our cancellation policy will be of 0% refunding.
