THE MEDITERRANEAN EPIC
One of the first races of the year in the spanish national calendar where we will be present offering to all the bikers our services: mechanics and massage.
With UCI category, the MEDITERRANEAN EPIC will offer us four stages with more than 240kms and 3500 m of elevation gain to discover and enjoy to the maximum the paths and trails of Oropesa del Mar and Castellón.
The best way to start the year and to check how all the preparation done during the hard winter has gone.

MECHANICS
1º. The day before the first stage we check the bike and leave it ready for the start of the race.
2º. Assistance at the beginning of each stage where we check pressures and finalize details.
3º. Assistance at the end of each stage where the bike is washed, greased, adjusted and repaired if necessary.
MASSAGE
- You will have a warm-up and activation massage before the stage, with heat cream or oil to face the stage in the best conditions.
- At the end of the stage you will receive a 30 MINUTES recovery and regenerative massage with the aim of accelerating the recovery process and thus be able to rest to be perfect the next day to face the stage.
- It includes all the extras such as hot or cold creams, Kinessiotape, bandages, warm-up massage in the morning. Everything that the therapist considers necessary to ensure a good performance and that our runners finish the race in the best conditions.

Our work with your bike:
1º. The day before the first stage we check the bike and get it ready for the start of the race.
2º. Assistance at the start of each stage where we check pressures and finalise details.
3º. Assistance at the end of each stage where the bike is washed, greased, adjusted and repaired if necessary.
All labor is included, as well as cleaning and greasing products; but any other spare parts or material will be charged separately.
Repairs and maintenance of suspensions or telescopic seatposts will be charged separately. Carbon frame repairs will also be charged separately.
