With the control and knowledge of our coach you will achieve your goals safely and efficiently. From improving your fitness, whether or not you ride a bicycle, leaving behind those extra kilos, improving your health and your daily habits to keeping your body in a healthy state and adapted to your physical needs.

Training will help us to prevent and readapt any type of pain, such as low back pain, certain knee pain, neck pain and a wide range of problems in our body that are taking a toll on us every day.

On the other hand, it is closely related to therapeutic exercise. Once we have controlled the injury, the next phase is a rehabilitation process, to make the body return to its normal state and that the injury does not happen again.
