The 4 ISLANDS is a very demanding race for the biker and for his bike, so it is essential to keep it perfect. How do we do it? 1º. The day before the first stage we check the bike and get it ready for the start of the race. 2º. Assistance at the start of each stage where we check pressures and finalise details. 3º. Assistance at the end of each stage where the bike is washed, greased, adjusted and repaired so that the next day it is perfect to face the challenge. All labour is included, cleaning and greasing products are included, but any other spare parts or materials will be charged separately. Repairs and maintenance of suspensions or telescopic seatposts will be charged separately. Repairs to carbon frames will also be charged separately. If you are staying on a boat we cannot guarantee that your bike will be ready before the boat sails. In this case you will find it at the departure of the next stage. All services are subject to possible changes due to race circumstances.

The 4 ISLANDS will demand that you give your best and be in top condition every day. How we will look after you: - The service starts the day before the first stage and ends at the end of the last stage. - You will have a pre-stage warm-up and activation massage, with thermal cream or oil to start the stage in the best conditions. - At the end of the stage you will receive a recovery and regeneration massage of 45 minutes in order to accelerate the recovery process and thus be able to rest and be perfect the next day to face the stage. It includes all the extras such as hot or cold creams, Kinessiotape, bandages, etc. Everything that the therapist considers necessary to ensure a good performance and that our runners finish the race in the best conditions. INCLUDE: TRANSPORTATION OF THE BICYCLE from Sabadell to Baska and from Baska to Sabadell. Leaving the bike in MQB Sabadell at the latest on APRIL 10th. The collection of the bike will be at MQB Sabadell during the week after the end of the race. Pre-race REVIEW and a post-race tune-up.
